  • Jorge Jimenez receives travel grant to attend the 2020 ERN Conference in STEM. Congrats Jorge!
  • 11/20/19: Dr. Fedorchak receives the Pitt Innovation Institute Emerging Innovator Award. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the success of SoliDrop and TriaGel. 
  • 11/12/19: Congratulations to REU student Lindsey Helsel (CMU) for her 1st place win in the AIChE Poster Competition! Lindsey worked with senior graduate student Liza Bruk on her stem cell secretome project.
  • 10/25/19: Joshua Ong receives $10,000 grant from PA Space Grant Consortium for his work in microgravity ocular drug delivery. Congrats Josh!
  • 9/24/19: Summer student Maya Groff presented her research for her teachers and peers on corneoscleral drug permeability at Shadyside Academy. Great job, Maya!
  • 7/1/19: The Fedorchak Lab receives funding from UPMC Enterprises ITTC for continuing the development of the SoliDrop platform. Our new postdoc Dr. Parissa Ziaei will be leading this effort.
